Do you offer Down Payments?

We offer 60% Down Payment except on items that are bought directly to US Stores.

We will include a tag on every product page which states if the item "Source" is either Online Store, Distributor, Partners.

What will happen to my order if I failed to settle the payment after the due date?

You're order will be automatically cancelled, or you can still settle the payment but it will be included on the next batch which is the following month.

Can I request PasaBUY from online stores outside US?

We only do PasaBUYs on online stores within Canada and US.

What US forwarding service do you use?

We're currently using ShippingCart to ship order from US to Philippines. But we still have some batches coming from PackyPack by Forex

I don't like dents on my games, can I get a refund?

We offer refunds on items with minor damage as long as it came from our Distributor or Partners. This means Online Stores are not covered by refund since most of the time it is really hard to get back on those stores.
