How do I become a member?

You need to spend at least ₱20,000 to become a member

Before you open your Webstore, I only need to spend ₱10,000 to become a member. Can I get an exception?

All customers who have been with us since the beginning will have until December 31, 2022, to accumulate the ₱10,000. After that, you have to reach ₱20,000 to become a member.

What happened now to the reward points? Can we still claim it?

Unfortunately, we're discontinuing reward points. We have now converted it to Discount Codes. Stay tuned as we have a lot of stuff to offer to our loyal members. Is anyone up for some FLASH DEALS?

What is the difference of Reservation & Pre-Order?

Pre-Order: We have a finalize allocated stock for the product

Reservation: Product under this list s no finalized order yet. That's why filling up the reservation form will greatly help us how many are we going to order.

When do I need to pay for my reservation?

After the reservation deadline we will just wait for our Partner/Distributor confirm the final order and we will send an order number to those who reserved.

The customer must settle the payment within 15 days.

Failure to settle payment will prevent the customer to make orders on this website until the current order was settled.
